Q. When I sign a lease agreement, when will my first monthly service fee be due? A. Your first monthly service fee is due on the 1st of the month following 30 days after your initial set-up fee payment is made.
Q. How do I pay for the monthly service fee? A.We will set up an automatic monthly charge to a major credit card account for you.
Q. Can I be billed for the monthly service fee instead of being set-up on the automatic payment program? A. No, All accounts must be set up on the auto billing plan. This is part of how we keep our customer's expenses down to a minimum.
Q. Do I have to pay the $295 initial fee, everytime I sign a new lease? A. NO, As long as you have continuous uninterupted service with us, you will only have to pay the initial set-up fee the first time we set up your Web site. NOTE: There is a set-up fee for each individual Web site purchased.
Q. Can I pay for my Web Site on a yearly basis? A. Yes, On the initial time that you pay a year we will pro-rate your charge to cover services through the month of December. From that point on the yearly fee will be due in January of every year.
Q. Why do you have different prices on lease agreements, if they all offer the same type of service? A. There are a lot of up-front cost that we incur in offering this type of Web site, so by getting a longer term committment from your customers, we can differ the cost over a longer period of time. Therefore being able to charge a lower rate on a longer lease. |
Q. You claim you offer unlimited web space on your Web sites. What if I have a huge 1000 page full color catalog with pictures that I want to place on the site, will it accomodate me or will there be some type of catch to try and charge me more, like other offers I've run into? A. NO CATCH, the Web site will accomodate your catalog. We DO NOT mislead our customers with a promise and then later try to charge an additional fee for what we said was included. We DO NOT offer gimmics to lure you in, unlike the so called "Cheaper Web Sites" that are advertised.
Q. How long does it take to set-up my Web site? A.Your Web site will be built within 30 days of your initial set-up fee payment. Provided that you supply us with your required content within 5 days of your order.
Q. Am I limited on what content I can place on my Web site? A. RNR Enterprise Inc. is a Christian based company and in our lease agreements, we DO NOT ALLOW any of the following material to be displayed through our sites. 1. Hate language 2. Pornographic material 3. Racial discrimination 4. Violent content 5. Profanity
Q. Do I receive a discount for paying on a yearly basis? A.Yes, we offer a 5% discount on lease agreements that are paid on a yearly basis.
Q. If I sign a one year lease agreement with your company to try the service out, am I locked into that price for the renewal of my lease or can I decide to change the lease type when it's time to renew? A. NO, to the first part of your question and YES to the second part. Let me explain: You are only locked into the one year lease that you would initial sign. Once that term is over you can decide to terminate completely or sign a new lease with different terms to better fit your needs at that time.
Q. Is there a limit as to how many times I can change my site? A. No, You can go on your site through your personalized Ubuilder and change your Web site as many times as you would like any time of day or night.
Q. Do you charge a fee for the automatic payment plan? A. No. The only time a fee would be charged was if your payment was not processed, due to non suiffient funding available in your account, RNR webites will charge a $35.00 NSF fee. |
